The management consultancy role is becoming increasingly important in assisting line management to handle the problems related to customer requirements in respect of certification standards, as well as internal requirements for innovation and change.

Our services focus on (but are not limited to *) e-consultancy as an inexpensive but to-the-point method to get answers on basic Quality Management and Statistical queries without having to employ the services of an on-site consultant. Our services allow your organisation to gain external, and presumably more objective advice and recommendations, to gain access to the consultants' specialized expertise, or simply as temporary help during a one-time project, where the hiring of permanent employees is not necessarily required. Because of our exposure to and relationships with numerous international organizations, we are well aware of industry best practices, and able to provide assistance, develop coaching skills, guide technology implementation, aid in international standard interpretation (specialising in ISO/TS16949:2009 and VDA-6.1 requirements) and recommend more effective and/or efficient ways of performing business tasks.
